
I am going to steam some lobster tails. They are not big, approx. 2-3 oz. I have 4.
My question is for how long do I steam? I am also thinking of splitting them down their centers.

Wish I’d gotten to the store to see if there were still some fiddleheads available. Would have been perfect. Or some pak choi which also would have been great if the chickens hadn’t demolished them. It is what it is – I’m drowning everything in butter.
