
I notice that I tend to always post photos of my creations over in Today’s Menu because it’s become somewhat of a habit for me. I have always loved presenting nice looking dishes to my guests. It’s just something you learn in high end kitchens.
But I also notice that I have a repertoire, a rotation of dishes that I like to make. There are days when I will have a memory of something I might have made years ago and I will go there.
But I definitely have a lot of dishes that I make often.
