Everything has a price.
People like to say this in a derogatory way.
As if to insinuate – that everything (and everyone) has their price.
If you offer a million bucks for the home that’s worth 300k – eventually they’ll bite. Maybe.
But it’s also true on the other side of things.
Everything you want has a price.
If you want something. There’s usually a price for it.
The person with the thing, the person, the life you want? They paid a price for it – whether you see it or not.
Sometimes it’s financial. Sometimes it’s physical. Sometimes it’s emotional. Sometimes it takes everything you have. Whatever that is.
Everything costs something, so if you have expensive taste, don’t complain about the cost. Either downgrade your taste, or pay the cost of admission.
If you want something, count the cost, and then pay the price.
If it hurts, it hurts. Eat the pain. Do it anyways.
Then go out and get it.
You don’t look at the Ferrari and offer $10k.
And if you do, you can’t complain they didn’t sell it to you.
There’s a price on your goals.
Pay it or be quiet.
Whatever it is you want to do, figure out what it costs.
Then, if you’re really sure you want it.
Count the cost.
Pay the price.
Eat the pain.
Win.
