More About This Pier Sixty-Six Condo Interior Design
The luxury condo is located in one of Fort Lauderdale’s most iconic neighborhoods, and what excites us most about projects like this is how interior designers can transform a blank canvas into a home full of personality and character. With creativity, vision, and careful attention to detail, empty walls and rooms become vibrant, inviting spaces that truly reflect the lifestyle and taste of the homeowners.
This is a common scenario for many new South Florida luxury condo owners. While the core structure and finishes are in place, personalization is missing. Many new developments come with basic or designer-ready finishes, but homeowners still need an expert interior designer to transform these spaces into a home that is truly their own. That’s where our team shines, guiding owners through the process, turning a standard layout into a home that reflects their style, enhances everyday living, and maximizes both beauty and functionality.
A Closer Look at This Fort Lauderdale Condo Featured in Modern Luxury
Let’s take a closer look at the rooms featured in Modern Luxury Interior Florida! Exploring the spaces of our Pier Sixty-Six condo, you’ll see the playful design concept we embraced. We aimed to create a sense of surprise and discovery in every room. Each space has its own character and personality, offering a unique experience while still flowing seamlessly with the overall design.
This space perfectly captures the essence of this condo interior design project, bold, inviting, and full of personality. We believe every room should tell its own story. Throughout this Pier Sixty-Six Fort Lauderdale condo, we layered warm wood tones, modern accessories, and a fresh, vibrant color palette.
For the kitchen and dining area, we wanted to create a sense of discovery. Geometric statement pieces and natural materials were carefully combined to give the space character and energy. We also incorporated a compact home bar, choosing a furniture piece with a bold design that makes an impact without taking up too much space.
Every element, from furniture to lighting, acts like a puzzle piece, fitting perfectly into the space while contributing its own special touch.
This is another one of our favorite spaces, showcasing how our team of Fort Lauderdale designers brings bold, balanced interiors to life. Layers of color, texture, and form come together to create a living room that feels both dynamic and harmonious.
The deep wine-colored wall gives the room a strong, warm feel, while the wood paneling adds a natural, cozy touch. For seating, we chose soft, sculptural pieces that are comfortable but also make a statement, paired with a beautiful burl coffee table.
We kept the ceiling white so the colors and textures could really shine, and added a fun surprise with the wallpaper-wrapped column; little details like that make the room feel special and full of personality. See more of the common areas of this condo here!
As we mentioned, wallpaper was the star of this project, and you can really see that in both the powder room and the home office, two spaces where our Fort Lauderdale designers had a lot of fun.
The powder room brings a touch of South Florida elegance with lush, tropical-inspired wallpaper that wraps the walls in texture, creating a cozy, jewel-box feel. A ruffled-frame statement mirror serves as a striking focal point, completing the look and giving the space its personality.
In the home office, the goal was to create a peaceful, calm space without losing character. We used wallpaper to create a classic, calming backdrop, then layered in furniture and lighting with personality. Soft, sculptural furnishings, warm light-wood arched bookcases, and a petal-like pendant light each add their own special touch, making the office feel both functional and full of charm.
And then, the bedrooms! The second bedroom caught the editor’s eye and was featured in the story, and it’s easy to see why. Let’s talk about that arched wallpaper headboard wall! Graceful arches frame the botanical wallpaper, which becomes the heart of the room’s design.
The combination sets a soft, romantic mood, perfect for a restful retreat. One of the most playful touches is how we paired two different wallpapers: the arched feature wall with its botanical pattern, and a complementary but distinct wallpaper on the ceiling, adding a subtle and unexpected visual twist. By combining paint and wallpaper thoughtfully, our Fort Lauderdale team brought out the room’s character, making it feel warm, inviting, and full of life.
