Floodwaters are pouring into the Nagarjuna Sagar Reservoir from upstream areas. The inflow has reached 105,764 cusecs, while the reservoir is releasing only 9,334 cusecs of water.
The water level at Nagarjuna Sagar has fallen to 534.50 feet, whereas the full level is 590 feet. Currently, the reservoir contains 177 TMC of water, though it can hold up to 312 TMC.
