There were expectations to see Leicester in pink. This is old news regarding the main colour, but the rest was not something we have seen before. Everything was all in place for the pre-season friendly vs. ZTE. A shirt in pink will always be contriversial. This is not a natural colour of Leicester. However, it looked better than what we had last season. The black with flames was a disaster.
The badge was again trolled with, not in it’s natural colour and far from nice, being black and white this time. Would rather go with something transparent.
The stripes on the front was also something new and nothing we have seen before on a Leicester shirt. If it was nice or not, don’t know.
The kit had Bia Saigon sponsorship on the sleeves, but still not yet a main sponsor on the front of the shirt. There are rumours about a new betting sponsor in front. However, there is still no proof of it. We just have to wait and see what will be the outcome.

This is not the first time Leicester have a pink shirt. This was also the case back in the 2019/20 season. There were different patterns back then, and no stripes. King Power on the front, became popular.
Hopefully we will not see Leicester in many games wearing this outfit. There are a few clubs in blue this season, were Leicester need to wear a second or third kit. Sheffield W, Millwall, Birmingham, Blackburn, Portsmouth and Queens Park Rangers are all wearing blue colours.
It will be interesting to see how the new home kit will look. We are also eagerly awaiting the away kit.
