Will always make attempt to make it look like you are actually the Jezebel.

Jezebel is a vacuum that sucks the peace and love out of the environment you are in.

Jezebel is a spirit that operates all over the earth and is the opposite of love. I believe one of the roles of a prophet is to confront this spirit and give words to the people who are being attacked by her.

This spirit hates the prophet, hates authority and creates webs of destruction. It is very difficult to speak with the people operating with this spirit, they are abusive in their actions and words, create chaos and will try to bring you into their destructive world.

The Holy Spirit is who convicts the person with this spirit, we can confront, but our words will fall flat, we must rely on the authority of our heavenly Father, the finished work of Christ and the power of the Holy Spirit. “Sit downs” rarely work with this spirit, the person needs prayers and intercession with a divine intervention with the one who does the work, The Holy Spirit.

I will help define what this spirit feels like when in operation in your life. It may come across in many different ways, but the way it makes you feel is the fruit it produces, which is rotten.

This spirit is a cold blooded killer and has killed more ministries than any other spirit I have encountered. It has ended more marriages than any spirit I have encountered and if you operate in true prophetic ministry, it is after you.

Discerning of spirits is a gift from God in 1 Corinthians chapter 12. In chapter 14 it speaks to the voice and order of the prophetic ministry in the local church. Sandwiched between those chapters is 13, which defines love and that is not by accident, he does this on purpose, to show us that love is the heartbeat of gifts including prophetic ministry.

The spirit trying to destroy the prophet, is Jezebel, she is the opposite of love and I will help you see this and hopefully help you give words to some of your experience with this spirit.

The spirit that operates with Jezebel is called Ahab, this spirit allows and fuels Jezebel. Jezebel’s infrastructure is created with many Ahabs around her that does not confront, does not question and if it does, is destroyed.

Read the following scriptures with my note attached to help give voice to your feelings.

1 Corinthians 13: 4-7

Love is patient // Jezebel is never patient, that spirit does not work on your timeline, if she needs something she will call you at all hours and demand what she wants, no mercy will be found if that timeline is altered.

Love is kind // Jezebel will tell you she is kind but will bite you and stab you in the back, she will hug you then push you off the cliff.

Love does not envy // Jezebel is extremely envious and is rooted in demonic competition, if you haven’t a similar gifting or ability, she sees you as someone in the way of her calling. She will go to the ends of the earth to make sure you do not go further, do more or have influence that she cannot reach.

Love does not boast // Jezebel will always bring up her accomplishments and achievements, the person with this spirit usually has extreme father or mother wounds, has been rejected and never dealt with the healing required to live free.

She lives in a false humility and will deceive people with her words, people far away from her reach will think she is amazing, the people closest will taste the venom in their mouths.

Love is not proud // Pride is the badge Jezebel wears like a sheriff who has come into town, except she doesn’t defend and bring justice, she destroys those who are on mission from true authority. She is a counterfeit sheriff and demands respect that she has not earned or even warranted.

Love does not dishonor // Jezebel will honor with lips to your face and slander you behind your back, she will tell you she loves you then plant seeds of dishonor to everyone you know, she dishonors first with her actions then when you confront her, she will dishonor with her words and try to destroy your character.

Love is not self seeking // Jezebel only seeks her own way, her thoughts, her own desires and when you go against those, you see her claws try to dig deep into your entire life. She seeks her own will, a true minister of the gospel only seeks the will of the Father in heaven, but she is not a minister of the gospel of Christ, she is a minister of the story of herself.

Love is not easily angered // Jezebel will be happy until she is not, she has no joy, only fleeting happiness until you go against her desires and then you will see a raging inferno of anger. She will act out like a child until she gets her way then settle down and then will be angry at you if you confront this demonic attitude.

If you try to confront the temper tantrum, this spirit will say that you are “being judgmental”, “taking things out of context” and will say that “you are going way overboard”.

Love keeps no record of wrong // Jezebel keeps every record of everything you have ever done and that spirit cannot forget, it chooses to remember your faults, failures and EVEN when you are right and true, she will tell you otherwise.

Her ability to remember little intricate details is remarkable when it makes you look bad and her look good. She will hold those over your head and her goal is to crush you with it.

Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth // Jezebel will say she is the most righteous person but her actions will never display it, her fruit is rotten to the core and truth will be far from her lips. She will spew venom over your life and family and friends and coworkers, anyone who will listen and the truth will never be her song.

Love always protects // Jezebel only protects those who will submit to her entire life, even then, she will protect to a point. She will leave you and forsake you, she will watch you get eaten by the wolves, because she is one.

Love always trusts // Jezebel will never give you the benefit of doubt, she will say she trusts you until you do something that she seems untrustworthy, which is doing anything to go against her wishes and desires. Except her wishes are not bases on logic and morals, they are based on witchcraft and sin.

Love always hopes // Jezebel has no hope in anyone but herself. She will cast a vision like a net to trap people, not empower them. She creates a web of destruction around her that controls, manipulates and requires you to play her game, her way, on her time. She creates false hope and you will always be let down by this spirit.

Love always preserves // Jezebel will say things like, “I will always be there for you, I am your biggest fan, I will never leave you”. Listen to the I’s in her speech. It will only ever be about her and as soon as she does not need you or you have served her purposes or even worse, have gone against her, she will drop you, disown you, isolate you and leave you.

1 Corinthians 13: 4-7

⁴ Charity suffereth long, and is kind; charity envieth not; charity vaunteth not itself, is not puffed up,⁵ Doth not behave itself unseemly, seeketh not her own, is not easily provoked, thinketh no evil;⁶ Rejoiceth not in iniquity, but rejoiceth in the truth;⁷ Beareth all things, believeth all things, hopeth all things, endureth all things.

We are called to live this way, we are called to love and be known for love. This is the sacred calling of the Christ follower, it is not always easy, at times, it is very difficult. At times you may also want to do the opposite but we have a high call, we choose to live this way because our Father in heaven chose us.

Remember, we do not fight the flesh and blood! This is a spirit operating, pray for discernment, wisdom and total freedom.

Finally and most important, we need to rely of the power of the gospel and the finished work of Christ that changes and transforms. The heart of the prophetic ministry is to proclaim the name of Jesus and advance the kingdom of heaven on this earth. Jezebel has no power compared to our king, her grip is loosed and we have total and absolutely victory in Jesus.
