As a 74-year-old, faith-driven Christian woman, I have found that discretion is a vital quality for every Christian woman, based on my life experiences. Women need and desire to maintain good judgment at all times in their homes. She cares for all persons under her control and supervision. They are good planners and sustainers of good behavior. They know precisely how to approach matters carefully, without any foolishness being involved.
A beautiful woman who lacks discretion is like a gold ring in a pig’s snout. PROVERBS 11:22 [NLT]
The wisdom women possess prompts them to take action at the right time. Those women who are virtuous are determined to obey their husbands, submit to them, and play their own part in their relationship. No matter how wicked their husbands might be, they are always attempting to satisfy them in order to obey the words of the Lord.
The godly character and behavior they possess are capable of challenging even the most wicked individuals here on earth and changing their minds to do good instead of evil. Their discretion involves possessing the conduct and the tactful handling of any difficult situations. Being a virtuous woman, they understand that their primary responsibility is to care for their homes.
Being virtuous wives, they know how to cry to their Lord and Savior or to pray extensively in order to save every soul under their care. Virtuous women need to continuously concentrate their energy, working hard to make everyone in their homes happy.
Their positive lifestyle influences everyone in their households to behave well, remain sober, and be respectful.
