Lord Hobo Brewing & Modern Pastry Partner for Limited-Edition Boston Cream Blonde Stout
PRESS RELEASE / November 24, 2025 (Woburn, MA) – Lord Hobo Brewing and Modern Pastry are proud to announce their second collaboration: Boston Cream Blonde Stout, a rich, pastry-inspired beer crafted to honor one of Boston’s most iconic desserts. This limited release blends Lord Hobo’s brewing innovation with the infamous flavors of Modern Pastry’s Boston Cream Cake, transforming a beloved classic into a decadent stout experience.
Created with layers of vanilla, chocolate, and subtle pastry cream character, Boston Cream Blonde Stout delivers a silky, dessert-forward profile wrapped in a smooth, drinkable stout. Just in time for the holidays, this beer will be available across Lord Hobo’s distribution footprint, including a featured release at Modern Pastry’s Underground Bar.

To celebrate the launch, two special release events are planned:
● December 5th at Lord Hobo Brewing – Every purchase of Boston Cream Blonde Stout comes with a free slice of Modern Pastry’s Boston Cream Cake.
● December 6th at Modern Pastry Underground (1 – 4 PM) – A public release party featuring samples with the beer on draft, limited cans, and desserts from the Modern Pastry team.
