Stir together whipped topping and sour cream until smooth.
Drain all fruit very well and pat dry. Remove stems from cherries if they have them. You can cut the cherries in half if you prefer.
Fold fruit and marshmallows into cool whip mixture. Chill at least 1 hour before serving.
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
