Easy Oreo Fluff Salad is a dessert salad that’s super creamy with fluffy marshmallows and crunch from TONS of Oreo cookies. This easy recipe is a no bake dessert from heaven with simple ingredients – everyone loves this so much.

Seriously I could just face plant into this fluff recipe. It’s a bowl full of fluffy creamy pudding filled with Oreos…there isn’t much better than that.
Back in the day, this was called a dessert salad and I’m sticking to my guns on that one. There may be no fresh fruit in this ambrosia but that’s okay; I won’t eat fluff with fruit but I will inhale fluff with Oreos (although pineapple fluff is pretty yummy). Fluff salad is an outrageous dessert that combines a few staples and makes the perfect side dish or potluck recipe. I really want to hug whoever came up with it!
This is a 5 minute recipe with just a few ingredients. It’s so easy to change up the flavors by adding fruit or different cookies, and you can even turn it into an Oreo Fluff Pie by adding an Oreo Crust.

How to make Oreo Fluff
- Use instant vanilla pudding mix as the base of the recipe. You could also use white chocolate pudding or cheesecake pudding.
- Whipped topping is the fluffy goodness that gives this it’s creamy texture and turns it into the perfect dessert for family gatherings.
- You need mini marshmallows to fluff up the salad.
- Chopped Oreos give it the name – use any chocolate sandwich cookies or any flavor! You can chop them with a knife or add them to a plastic bag and bang it with a rolling pin or meat mallet. I like a chunkier cookie as opposed to finer crumbs.

Oreo Fluff Dessert Salad Variations
- Fluff salads are super popular and are a family favorite. Watergate salad with pineapple and banana pudding fluff banana slices – there are so many ways to make this recipe.
- Change up the flavors by using any kind of Oreos – Mint Oreos would be amazing!
- Add chopped fresh strawberries (I did that in Strawberry Fluff Salad).
- Make this sugar-free (or Protein Oreo Fluff) by using sugar free ingredients.
- You can also use this as a dessert dip. It’s perfect for church potlucks or as a holiday side dish.
Storing Oreo Salad
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for several days.
- While you can freeze it since it’s made with whipped topping, the cookies will soften. So beware!
