
If something doesn’t taste good, I’m not going to eat it. When I adapt, adjust or create a recipe from scratch I think that taste and enjoyment are as important as the ingredients I choose to put in it.

Although I have presented the recipe using raisins and cardamom, swapping other dried fruits like cherries, blueberries, ginger, apple PLUS using cinnamon, nutmeg or other warming spices is super easy. Nuts are a great option as well.
