Chook Dust Loaded Fries

Ingredients

600g Chicken thighs, boneless and skinless (Chopped)

Chook Dust from the Competition Range

1x bag of frozen fries
-
350g Plain Flour
-
120g Corn Flour / Starch

Lane’s Southbound
-
Pickles, chopped
-
White onion, finely diced
Directions

Preheat Fryer to 180c

Combined plain flour and corn flour together and add Lane’s Chook Dust.

Place chicken in dry flour mixture and set aside.

In a bowl whisk lemonade or cold water and plain flour together and add in a touch of Lane’s Chook Dust

Place chicken into the wet batter and then into dry flour and fry for 7-8 minutes until golden brown.

Set chicken aside, fry chips until golden brown.

Season chips with Chook Dust and build your loaded fries. Fries down, chicken own, chopped onions and pickles.
