LAS VEGAS – Girls Can Grill is launching its new award-winning barbecue rubs at the 2025 Winter Fancy Food Show in Las Vegas Jan. 19-21 at Booth #4007.
Girls Can Grill is a Vegas-based company that has taught millions how to grill, and now founder and champion pitmaster Christie Vanover is bringing her expertise to retail with her award-winning brisket, chicken and pork rubs.
“Originally developed for competition BBQ, I’m bringing these rubs to market to help home cooks consistently create BBQ they can be proud of,” said Vanover. “They combine bold flavors like guajillo and Aleppo chiles with unique sweeteners like honey and molasses.”
As one of the few female pitmasters in the industry, Vanover’s mission is to make BBQ approachable for everyone. She shares her BBQ tutorials to millions each month via her website, social media, BBQ Tips Podcast and Holiday Grilling Cookbook.
Vanover is a championship pitmaster and certified barbecue judge. She was named the 2023 Nevada BBQ Team of the Year, has won numerous state BBQ championships and has competed in or judged the BBQ world championships for the past seven years.
Her recipes have garnered thousands of five-star reviews, and she has received an abundance of national media exposure and was a competitor on Food Network’s BBQ Brawl.
The new Girls Can Grill Rubs will be showcased in the Debut District in the West Hall of the Las Vegas Convention Center at Booth #4007. Stop by to enjoy tasting samples of brisket, pork and chicken.
