Here is it, just in time for the Easter holiday

Ingredients:

  • 1 fully cooked spiral‑cut ham (8–10 lbs)

  • 1 bottle Apple n Brown Sugar Rib Candy

  • 2–3 tablespoons Blended Honey Seasoning

  • ½–1 cup water, apple juice, or pineapple juice (for the pan)

How to Make Texas Pepper Jelly Glazed Ham

1. Prepare the Ham

Preheat the oven according to the ham’s package directions. Place the ham bone‑side up if it is bone‑in. This helps the meat stay juicy as it warms. Set the ham in a large roasting pan and pour ½–1 cup of liquid (water, apple juice, or pineapple juice) into the bottom of the pan to prevent the glaze from burning.

2. Season

Sprinkle Blended Honey Seasoning generously over the entire surface of the ham, letting it fall between the slices.

3. Glaze

Pour Apple n Brown Sugar Rib Candy directly over the top of the ham. Rib Candy is already cooked and pourable, so it goes straight from the bottle onto the ham – no heating required. Let it run down into the spiral cuts and pool slightly in the pan.

4. Cover and Bake

Cover the ham loosely with foil. Bake according to package instructions (usually 10–12 minutes per pound). Covering helps the Rib Candy melt evenly and keeps the sugars from browning too quickly.

5. Optional Quick‑Finish Method

For a lighter glaze or a faster caramelized finish, the Rib Candy can also be added during the last 10 minutes of cooking instead of at the beginning. Simply pour the Rib Candy over the ham, return it to the oven uncovered, and let it set into a glossy glaze.

6. Uncover and Caramelize

If glazing from the beginning, remove the foil during the last 20–30 minutes. Spoon the warm glaze from the bottom of the pan over the ham and return it to the oven uncovered to finish caramelizing.

7. Serve

Transfer the ham to a platter and let it rest briefly before slicing. The glaze will be bubbling, fragrant, and sliding between each spiral slice…a perfect sweet‑heat centerpiece for Easter or any spring celebration.
