From Bruail Beer Co. Some Kind of Spectacle Unbeknownst to You is a collaboration with Trillium Brewing and is a 6.8% ABV West Coast IPA double dry hopped with Mosaic Hyperboost, Mosiac T90, Simcoe, and Zumo hops. This beer pours yellow with a tow finger-white head. It has a bitter, hoppy, piney, and sweet aroma. The flavor resembles the hoppy, bitter, pine, and sweet smell. This has a medium and somewhat creamy mouthfeel. Then, it has a sweet pine and bitter finish that leads to a hoppy aftertaste. Burial Beer has done it again, this is good because the last beer I reviewed from them was not so good. This one was not overly bitter and hoppy, with good flavors. This IPA is an A+. I highly recommend this IPA. So go try it and other Burial Beers. Please stay safe, be kind to each other, and remember to enjoy responsibly! Cheers!
