HUTTO, Texas — Cottonwood Creek Brewery & Smokehouse is excited to announce its grand opening celebration on Monday, May 5, 2025. The all-day event will feature live music, beer sampling, food specials, and a visit from Hutto’s mayor.
Located at 610 W. U.S. Highway 79, Cottonwood Creek Brewery invites the community to experience its new venue, which combines a full-service restaurant, on-site brewing facility, and an indoor/outdoor space for events and community gatherings. The festivities will begin at 10 a.m. with an official welcome and appearance by Mayor Mike Snyder.

Cottonwood Creek Brewery offers a variety of beers and craft cocktails, including the Cornfields Blonde Ale, Hippo on the Run Porter, and Texas Blueberry Old Fashioned. The smokehouse menu features bold flavors and hearty comfort food, such as Fried Brussels Sprouts, Pork Belly Burnt Ends, and Chicken Fried Chicken.
