Crafted with our friends at Bird Creek Brewing, Writer’s Bock is a malt-forward lager that blends complexity with crisp drinkability. Brewed with 100% Weyermann malts consisting of Barke Munich, Pilsen, Vienna, and a touch of Carafoam—the beer offers deep notes of melanoidin richness, pumpernickel, lightly toasted crust, and soft caramel. Hints of honey and herbal spice from Saaz and Mandarina Bavaria hops add just the right amount of bitterness.
