You can enjoy the sold-out Drunk HERstory event via a live stream at a dozen locations around Seattle and across the PNW. Drink some beers, share some laughs, and support an important cause. Thursday, March 13th. Broadcast at 7:00, events may start earlier.
Sip, Laugh, and Learn
Drunk HERstory is a staged show performed by local beer and beverage industry members. It provides a fun and interactive way to share wild and wacky tales about history’s most fascinating women. Sip on some delicious brews while the show’s hosts take you on a humorous journey through the untold stories of some of history’s most interesting, irreverent, powerful, and influential women.
The sold-out event occurs at Stoup Brewing’s Capitol Hill taproom, but several locations offer opportunities to watch Drunk HERstory via a live stream video broadcast. Proceeds from the event support Northwest Abortion Access Fund (NWAA). Ticket sales, the silent auction, and a portion of the night’s beer sales at Stoup Brewing and all streaming locations will be donated to NWAA.
Drunk HERstory was born in 2017 in response to the presidential election results, when women’s rights were under attack. Here we are again. Fearing cuts to programs that are vital to women’s health, women involved in the craft beer industry banded together to put on a show highlighting women in history and supporting causes vital to women and our society.
