We have. Forgotten a child.
I’m not proud about it, and at one point I was fully aware of this child, then, in a drunken stupor forgot. At Iron Horse we’ve noticed a trend, you like it when we make boo-boos and have a “big sad”. So I make a point to highlight them. Here we are. Oops.
Recently we received a message from a customer. The message was something like,“Hey, will my merch arrive in time for Christmas?”
And we were all like (tone of ditzy or deflecting individual) “Wait, what? Who are you and what order are you talking about? Who blacked out over here?“
And because of humility or a generous assessment of the goodness of humanity, we trusted the request and sent the goods.
Then, we began to wonder. What is actually going on here?
The answer we found was a second merch website that had gone totally forgotten. Huh. Just like our MySpace profile from 2004.
So, here’s the deal: If you suspect you placed an order on the “Lost and Found” website anytime between 30 days and 3 to 7 years ago and you are still waiting for your order to show up, let us know and we’ll hook you up and have a laugh at all of our expenses.
