Halloween is just around the corner. Gigantic Brewing and Dark Horse Comics are kicking off a ghoulish Halloween weekend with a Hellboy Halloween party at Loyal Legion on 10/31. The festivities will feature a 6-6-6 themed taplist that consists of 6 Hellboy beers, 6 hoppy beers, and 6 barrel aged beers. It’s an impressive lineup!
I recently attended the Late Harvest Fresh Hop Festival at Loyal Legion. They have an extensive taplist (99 taps) and great food! To see more details about the event as well as the beers to be served, check out the news release below.

Gigantic & Dark Horse Present Hellboy Halloween Party at Loyal Legion, October 31st
PORTLAND, OR – Join Gigantic Brewing & Dark Horse for an epic Hellboy Halloween Party at Loyal Legion on Thursday, Oct 31st. The party celebrates the six Hellboy theme beers Gigantic brewed this year, with all six Hellboy beers on tap. Gigantic will be pouring 6-6-6 beers: All six Hellboy beers, six hoppy beers, and six barrel aged beers. In addition Angels Envy Bourbon will be making devilishly delicious custom cocktails.
The party will take place over two floors of Loyal Legion with Heaven and Hell themes. This will be the introduction of the new basement bar at Loyal Legion aka Hell (for this party).
People are invited to wear a costume and make it good! There will be a costume contest with prizes from Dark Horse, Gigantic and Loyal Legion.
The hellish extravaganza kicks off at 9pm on October 31, but the Hellboy fun continues all weekend.
