Original Tasting Notes: Greek Mechanical Owl by @thinmanbrewery @sloopbrewingco @sevenislandbrewery – this is really tasty. Nice smooth finish with a slight hop burn (nothing aggressive)
This was really nice, I’m glad that I picked up a 4-pack of it. I might go back and get another one because I already love Thin Man’s IPAs but this one was one of those surprises that I wasn’t expecting. I know what most of their IPAs are going to taste like before taking a sip but the mouthfeel was really soft and the burst of Citra really paired well with the melon and other flavors that were present.
I honestly might have had the first one a bit green (mentioning the slight hop burn) because I had one after and I didn’t notice the booziness or the burn at all.
Brewed with Sloop Brewing Co and Seven Island Brewery. Dry hopped with Citra, Motueka and Cascade. Round and soft with lots of orange, melon, lemon and peach character
