All members of the Guild are welcome to attend and hear from the Guild’s board on achievements over the past year and plans for the future.
AGM Papers
The papers are now available for download from the Membership Area of the website. These were also emailed via the member newsletter on Friday 20th May 2025 and will be sent upon RSVP to the meeting, or proxy vote request.

Voting
Voting will take place during the AGM. Individual full members are entitled to vote only. Associate members and industry partner representatives are welcome to attend but may not vote.
Full members who are unable to join can vote via proxy. To request a proxy form ahead of the AGM, email [email protected]. Completed proxy forms must be received no later than Sunday 8th June 2025.
