The celebration involves two anniversary beers, four bands, four food trucks, and more
To mark its 10th anniversary, Seattle’s Hellbent Brewing invites you to an all-day celebration that goes into the evening (11:00 AM—midnight). This is a 21+ event. They’ll turn the parking lot into a party garden and host food trucks and live music throughout the event. Also, axe-throwing from 3:30 – 7:30. The night’s final act is Seattle’s incomparable King Youngblood. (Music schedule below.)
For the occasion, Hellbent Brewing will release two anniversary beers: two versions of an IPA, a West Coast IPA and a hazy IPA. Both are built on the same fundamental beer but showcase the different characters that two different yeast strains can bring to a beer. Both beers started with 2-row pale malt and flaked oats, used Mandarina and Wai-iti hops in the whirlpool, and then dry hopped with Mandarina, Eclipse, Elani, and Enigma hops. They used two different yeast strains for fermentation, creating two unique beers. They finished out at 6.7% ABV and 66 IBU.

“Wow, ten years went by fast,” said Randy Embernate, Owner and Head of Sales and Marketing at Hellbent Brewing. “We’ve had an inordinate amount of fun since we opened our doors what seems like only a few years ago, and to celebrate, we’re clearing out the parking lot for another beer garden blowout… Hellbent is so grateful for all the support our patrons have given us for the last decade, the least we could do is throw a killer party. Please, come down and celebrate with us! Our anniversary party has always been free to get in for Hellbent patrons, we’re not changing that now. The party is 21 and over, but get a sitter for the kids, it’ll be worth it!”
