The Guild’s AGM is set for Tuesday 10th June 2025 from 7pm, taking place Online.
All members of the Guild are welcome to attend and hear from the Guild’s board on achievements over the past year and plans for the future. Individual full members of the Guild are entitled to vote at the AGM, and stand for Board Director election; Associate and industry partner representatives are welcome to join the AGM, but may not vote or be elected as a Board Director.
Election of Board Directors
Emmie Harrison-West has decided to voluntarily retire.
Jonny Garrett (Chair) and Rachel Auty are retiring by rotation and will face re-election.
There is one existing vacancy on the board.
This leaves us with four board vacancies.
We are incredibly grateful to the hard work of those Directors who are retiring this year – thank you!
If you would like to stand for election you will need to complete a nomination form, signed by you and two other Guild full members as proposer and seconder. Please download this form, complete it and return it by email to [email protected] no later than Tuesday 20th May 2025.

Motions for discussion
Full members may propose a motion for discussion at the AGM. These must be received no later than Tuesday 20th May 2025 via email to [email protected].
Voting and proxy voting
Voting will take place during the AGM.
Full members who are unable to join are able to vote via proxy. To request a proxy form ahead of the AGM, email [email protected]. Completed proxy forms must be received by Sunday 8th June 2025.
