The annual Baker’s Dozen Coffee Beer & Doughnut Fest returns for its ninth outing this month, featuring 13 breweries, 13 coffee roasters, and 13 bakers teaming up to present coffee beers and doughnut pairings for a specialty, breakfasty brewfest experience. It takes place Saturday, April 19, from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., and is hosted by Zoiglhaus Brewing (the Zed).

Tickets are available in advance online for $40 (plus fees), or $50 at the door the day of the fest, and don’t worry—it’s an all-inclusive tasting, meaning you’ll be able to sample all 13 beers (and coffees if you like) as well as doughnuts, no tokens needed.

Here’s the press release with the details:

The Zed @ Zoiglhaus Hosts Beloved Coffee Beer and Doughnut Festival

Oregon’s beloved coffee beer and doughnut celebration, Baker’s Dozen Fest, returns for its ninth vintage. The event returns featuring three things Portland does best: beer, coffee, and doughnuts, each represented by a baker’s dozen artisans. The name is a throwback to when bakers, to thank their customers, would throw in an extra something-something when they purchased one dozen (12) of, say, doughnuts. Admission includes samples of everything including many of the specific coffee roasts featured in the beers. The festival moves to a new venue, The Zed at Zoiglhaus (5716 SE 92nd Ave.) on Saturday, April 19, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Tickets are available now for $40 ($50 at the door if available, but note that this event sells out annually) at the all new website for tickets and info, BakersDozenFest.com.

This year’s line-up features new and returning breweries new to the event stretching from Portland (Lazy Days, Great Notion, and Cerveceria Norte) to Hood River (pFriem and Ferment) to Toledo, Oregon, home to one of Oregon’s newest breweries (Brewery XO in collaboration with Silver Falls Brewing). Each beer incorporates a different local roaster’s beans. Beer samples come in three-ounce pours, roasters will be pouring unlimited coffee samples of the cuppajoe used in the beers, and delectable doughnut morsels will be quartered.

2025 Breweries & Roasters (beers subject to change): Bridge 99 with Bohemian Roastery (Bend), Ferment (Stoked Roasters), Great Notion (Mostra Coffee), Lazy Days, McMenamins (with house-roasted coffee), Cerveceria Norte (Reforma Roasters), pFriem (Keeper Coffee), Steeplejack (with house-roasted Harder Day Coffee), Xicha (Summon Coffee), Brewery XO/Silver Falls, and host Zoiglaus in collaboration with Portland Roasting.

2025 Bakeries (doughnuts subject to change): Annie’s Donuts, Blue Star Donuts, Coco Donuts, Delicious Donuts, Don Bigote’s Churros, Donut World, Heavenly Donuts, Joe’s Donuts, JoNuts (from Albany), Mochinut, Sesame Donuts, and Too Sweet Cakes.

This event benefits All Hands Raised, a nonprofit organization benefiting Portland public schools, with a focus on racial equality, which is committed to improving education for children and youth throughout Multnomah County from cradle to career.
