
Dunkles Bock is a dark German lager originating from the city of Einbeck in Northern Germany, and made popular by Munich brewers in the 17th century. It can be a fussy style to brew, but Brülosophy contributor Will Lovell has thrown the rule book out the window, brewing a Dunkles Bock Short & Shoddy style.
