Mosaic Cutting Tiles from Trillium Brewing in Boston, Masachusetts is a 8.5% ABV double IPA with raw Wildflower Honey, Mosaic hops, Pilsner, White Wheat, Flaked Wheat, Dextrine, and C-15 malts. This IPA is dry-hopped. This beer pours yellow with a two-finger white head The aroma is grapefruit, bitter, light grass, and pine. The flavor is fruity (peach, grapefruit, and soft nectarine), hoppy, and bitter. The honey flavor is very light but its barely there. This has a fuller mouthfeel. Then it finishes with a semi-sweet andf bitter/hop flavor. The aftertaste is fruity then fades into a bitterness. This is a very good single hop double IPA, but I did not get uch raw wildflower honey. This IPA gets an A-. I think the honey is overshadowed buy the fruity flavors of the Mosaic hops. But it is otherwise a good double IPA that I recommend drinking. Please stay safe, be kind to each other, and remember to enjoy responsibly Cheers!
