Welcome to YTF Community, a place to safely share in the challenges and joys of feeding our families. And make all of it easier!

Take some of the work off of your plate this month with easy ideas for your family for each meal of the day. The recipes and ideas here are all kid-friendly, yummy enough for parents, and are made with approachable ingredients so you don’t have to go to 4 stores to make dinner!

April Meal Plan: Week 1

This YTF Community meal plan is a perk of being a member, in addition to weekly bonus posts with realistic feeding advice and extra recipes.

Some highlights this week include:

  • Strawberry Popsicles
  • Banana Yogurt Muffins
  • Shrimp and Noodles
  • Pizza Cups

I use these plans as a place to start my planning and I simply edit the recipes as works best for me for the week. I assume most families will use them in a similar way, too. Which means I often remove a few recipes to make room in my own schedule for leftovers or takeout and change the servings on each individual recipe as needed.

Plus: You can now even pull your shopping list into your favorite grocery store delivery app through Instacart, which makes things even easier!

There’s also more info in the FAQs about the basic functionality of the meal plans, so take a look there if you are new to the plans.

And for those weeks when I want to build my own plan from scratch? I use the custom meal plan function too! Comment with any questions of course!
