Lemon Zucchini (courgettes)

The most simple side for the family or meal for your BLWER 6 months old+. These Lemon Zucchini’s come out so succulent and are perfect as a side dish. The lemon adds vitamin c which helps absorption of iron which is in the zucchinis.
Ingredients
- 2 large Zucchinis (courgettes)
- 1/2 lemon
- 1 teaspoon of mixed herbs

Step 1
Simply slice up 2x zucchinis (courgettes) into approx 6cm length slices and place onto a hot fry pan with a little unsalted butter or olive oil. -
Step 2
Cut half a lemon and place it face down (leave the lemon to heat up) sprinkle mixed herbs or any herbs you like! Once the lemon has heated up pick it up and squeeze it all over the zucchinis (then discard lemon). -
Step 3
Toss zucchini for about 2min (until a little soft but not soggy so bub can pick it up.
