Falafel
鷹嘴豆球

Ingredients:

200g dried
chickpea

1/2 onion,
minced

3 cloves
of garlic minced

1/2 cup
chopped parsley

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black
pepper

1 tsp
cumin powder

1 tsp
paprika

1 Tbsp
flour

2 tsp
lemon juice

 

Sauce

Tahini,
garlic, lemon juice, water

Method:

1. Soak
the chickpea overnight. Drain & set aside

2. Blend all
the ingredients into the food processor. Cling wrap & fridge for 1hr

3. Shape
the chickpea mixture into small patties

4. Drizzle
olive oil onto balls. Airfry till brown on both sides
