The name of the game with summer frozen dessert meal preps is EASE! If you’re one of those people who loves to eat frozen mango right out of the bag, this recipe is for you. It combines mango, guava nectar, and plain Greek yogurt. So, so, good. Don’t have popsicle molds? Paper cups with toothpicks work, or you can find something like these. You don’t need an ice cream maker, either!

This may sound like sacrilege; after all, the gooey melty nature of S’mores makes them so enjoyable. But those tastes are still so good together and when they’re frozen into little sandwiches you can pop out of the freezer at a moment’s notice? Well, it’s hard to argue with that! They stack really nicely in a container in your freezer.

How pretty is this? And it’s all dairy free, plant based and berry-licious. There are a couple of different instructions available for this recipe, depending on how much time you have. We appreciate thoughtful shortcuts, always! This one’s worth it.

This recipe has two ingredients: full-fat plain Greek yogurt and honey. Toppings are at your own discretion, but fresh fruit, granola, chopped nuts, are great. You can also mix in mini chocolate chips, some mint extract, or chopped fresh cherries. The possibilities are endless. You’ll need an ice cream maker for this one.

The citrus-forward taste of this dessert is so good. It really is like a frozen margarita, with the pretzel crust taking on the role of the salted rim of the margarita glass. Plan ahead; this one takes some time to freeze solid but it’s a beautiful frozen dessert meal prep.

Many people mourned when Choco Tacos disappeared from the freezer section of the grocery store. But you can make your own, and it’s not hard. It starts with a no-churn vanilla ice cream (or you can certainly buy your favorite vanilla variety), and the toppings and waffles you make, too. It’s great for a party, or for just because you’re feeling nostalgic.

You may have seen the types of recipes that involve bananas as a creamy base. This one is a little different, as it involves raw cashews, sugar, coconut oil, cacao butter and some pantry staples. There are options for making this with or without an ice cream maker, which we appreciate!
