Asian-esque Noodle Salad


Super easy way to use leftover noodles or pasta, especially if it’s too hot to cook.

– Cold noodles (I used buckwheat, but you could use whatever

– 2 parts Soy sauce

– 2 parts Sesame oil

– 1 part Rice Vinegar

Just mix it the heck up and eat it.

Good additions:

– Vegetables: peas, carrots, peppers, cucumber–whatever you think would be good really

– Tofu

– Meat

– Fried egg on top (it’s good if you don’t mind the hot/cold thing

– Green onion

– Sriracha or some other spicy sauce
