Just like all of my weekly meal plans, this week’s free meal plan includes 7 delicious dinners, ideas for breakfastlunch, and snacks, meal-prep ideas and a shopping list. I truly want to help you make home-cooked meals easier!

Tips for this Week’s Meal Plan

  • Prepare extra BBQ Chicken and Chicken al Pastor. Use the leftover BBQ chicken to make a BBQ chicken salad and leftover chicken al pastor to make Southwest Salad.
  • Plan for a lot of lettuce (romaine, iceberg, or mixed greens), and cucumbers, tomatoes, etc. to use for entree and side salads.
  • Prepare a large batch of balsamic dressing. Use for side salads AND for caprese pasta salad.
  • Use fresh tomatoes and mozzarella to make a delicious summer pizza Friday night and use any leftover mozzarella/tomatoes to make a caprese pasta salad. No need to purchase mozzarella pearls or grape tomatoes for the pasta salad. Simply dice up the remaining fresh mozzarella and fresh tomatoes and use for the pasta salad.
  • There is no need to add the baked sausage to dinner Saturday night, but it pairs together really well. You can opt to keep it vegetarian or grill some additional chicken to dice up and add to pasta (or even dice up precooked chicken sausage).
