Serves 1 or 2, depending on how much you want1/4 to 1/2 cup freshly crushed pineapple, or 1 small can crushed pineapple
whipped coconut cream with vanilla, vanilla non-dairy yogurt, or no-sugar whipped topping
Unsweetened coconut flakes- Simply layer the pineapple and yogurt or cream in a sundae cup, top with coconut, and enjoy!
