Work Meals for the Week of 4/20


You may have noticed that I make things super easy on myself by preparing the same meal for each work meal pack in a week. I do this on purpose to save time. It’s easy. It’s fine. I just grab my meal for each day before heading out the door.

I absolutely love my containers. Three of them are glass with three compartments. One is plastic and, with this one, the 3-section compartment actually comes out of the base. Sometimes I don’t need the sections. This works perfectly.

This week’s meal packs consisted of the kielbasa and corn, a simple tossed salad, and the last of the celery and cabbage from last week. I also made yogurt topped fruit for work.

These were delicious meals!
