Work Meals for Week of 3/31


I don’t know about you but, when the weather starts to get better in the spring, I often want lighter meals for work. Ones that won’t need heating are the best when the season starts to pick up. This easy meal pack was one of four made on Sunday and will be perfect for the week.

This week I chose to keep it simple. I made more of that chicken breast with the butter and garlic sauce that was so good a few weeks back and filled one section in each meal pack with it. Then I added simple tossed salad to another section. Finally, I chopped some celery and added it to the remaining section of the packs.

A perfect meal for work! Easily transportable and to put into the fridge at work for when I get hungry.
