In the old days there were a bunch of Smashburgers in town. For some reason many of them closed.
I was happy to see a new one open at UTC and they were inviting Yelpers to try them out.
I ordered a double smoked brisket burger. Beef was tender and had a fresh beefy flavor. Brisket was very tender and had a light smoky flavor. Bbq sauce was sweet with a smoky flavor. I enjoyed this burger alot.
Onion rings had a crunchy batter and full of fried onion flavor. Very good onion rings.
Vanilla shake was sweet and had a nice vanilla flavor. My favorite shake in town is Hodad’s as their ice cream is one of my favorites.
Thanks to Yelp CM Hannah and Smashburger for the great lunch. Staff was nice and got my order out quick.
