A quick and easy Cajun take on sloppy joes!
Sloppy joes, seasoned ground meat in sauce in sandwiches, are one of my favourites and this is a tasty Cajun style take on them! This recipe is pretty much a basic sloppy joe recipe with some cajun ingredients and flavours. Many Cajun style recipes include onions, celery and bell peppers as a base and these sandwiches include them along with a homemade cajun seasoning (link). The remaining ingredients are the normal sloppy one including: garlic, tomato paste, ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, sugar, and vinegar. If you’re a fan of sloppy joes and you’re looking for a different take on them, this Cajun version is a tasty way to go!
