The Smashburger bandwagon just keeps on rolling with NO signs of slowing down. There’s a reason I’ve suggested to many restaurants that don’t have one on their menu, to create one and get it on. This is what hungry patrons are looking for. EverywhenBurger Bar has not only one, but a few on their menu, that will satisfy your Smashburger desire.
Located inside @centro_twincities on Nicollet Ave., it shares its Burger driven menu agenda, with Centro’s taco focused menu. Sit anywhere and order from your phone and your order will be delivered to your table. We decided to sit at the bar, where you can get full service. There are a few different smashburgers to choose from, I decided to check out their signature Everywhen Burger.
I’ll start with the bun this time. It’s a soft, nicely toasted, brioche bun from a local bakery. It’s a great bun. The double patties are 4 ounces of 100% Certified Angus Beef. They get a nice char from the flattop, they are seasoned well and should be juicy enough for you.
A slice of American cheese on each patty, some shredded lettuce and a few thin sliced dill pickles, get into the mix. Their special sauce is a yum yum style and it is delicious.
The Everywhen Burger should be added to your ever growing Smashburger list.
Get a side of that special sauce, along with their wonderful ranch dipping sauce, for their great fries and seasoned tater tots. Finish off your meal with a fantastic slice of Oreo pie, made in house by their baker, Ngia.
