*You can mix this dressing by hand, but you won’t get the same thick, creamy consistency. It’s much better mixed in a blender!
**Dressings made with olive oil will harden in the refrigerator. It will liquify again if you simply set out your dressing to come to room temperature before a meal or place the jar in a bowl of warm water.
