hey Brian
I’m working on replacing the quartz movement on a vintage Tag Heuer WG-1322-2
When I removed the movement, the plastic spacer was brittle and a section broke off. it’s pretty tiny, but I’ve managed to glue it together. I just don’t trust its integrity once I’m ready to install the new movement.
I’m not changing the movement (TH just uses what I believe to be a stock ETA quartz 956.112 which I will be sourcing).
what is the best way to go? Since I’ve got a basically “intact” ring, should I have it scanned and printed, or are there actual stock rings I can find?
I know nothing about 3d printing.
thanks, Bart
