Wow! Kylie was just amazing to deal with! I hadn’t traveled overseas for over 10 years so was unsure of all I needed to get prepared etc. for my trip to Langkawi in Malaysia. She helped me with my travel insurance, best flights and the BEST accommodation deal which was waaay cheaper than even the corporate rate our company could get! There was a lovely welcome card and chocolates waiting for me on the 1st day after we arrived which was so thoughtful! Having the MTA app on my phone was amazing as all my documents were there handy and a super easy contact me button in case I needed to touch base with Kylie. I will be using her for all my travel needs moving forward for both domestic and international.
Asian Adventure
Kylie organised everything with ease including flights, transfers, accommodation and tours. Everything went very smoothly and when a flight was cancelled she quickly helped organise an alternative. Highly recommend Kylie Duncan-Tiver for all your holiday needs.

Best decision EVER!
Kylie is phenomenal. In this day and age it’s hard to find Australian based customer service that genuinely has your best interests at heart but with Kylie that’s exactly what you get. She knows her stuff inside out and back to front. Her knowledge and expertise is priceless. Do yourself a favour and let Kylie find you the best deals and plan your trip – I am VERY glad I did.

Best ever!
Kylie is the best Travel agent! We have used her to plan our trips for 17 years and our holidays have gone so smoothly. The few times things have gone wrong because of airlines or unreliable tour operators we have phoned her from overseas and she has “saved” us! So grateful for her service even if it’s after hours! She’s amazing!

Queensland holiday
Kylie was so helpful when we booked our Queensland holiday with her. She looked for exactly what we wanted in an apartment which took quite a bit of time and was always there to answer any questions after it was booked. Was so nice to have such a great travel agent willing to go that extra mile to ensure our holiday went smoothly.

Kogs trip of a lifetime
We travelled to 5 countries in 2019 and Kylie booked the trip for us. We went to Ireland, Scotland, Shetland, Norway and Germany. We had hire cars, ferries, planes from country to country, accommodation was first class. Kylie consulted with us at every step to make sure we were happy. We hd had no problems anywhere. It was our retirement dream thankyou Kylie.

USA Honeymoon
Kylie helped us plan and book our month long honeymoon in USA! We managed to stay in budget while completing all the tours and visiting all the destinations we wanted and more!
