          Hi foodies welcome to our blog Kaviya’s kitchen my name is Kaviya Sivanandam today’s recipe was everyone’s favorite dish Potato fry. Every ingredient made with homemade like chilli powder and malli powder. It was a fantastic side dish for curd rice,sambar rice, and rasam.

Ingredients:

1.Potato                –  2

2.Oil                       – 2 tbsp

3.Onion                 – 1

4. Chilli powder  – towards to your taste

5.Malli powder  – 1 tbsp

6.Curry leaves    – 5 

7.Salt                    – towards to your taste

Method:

1.Boil the potatoes with the low flame heat.


2.Cut the potato into small pieces.


3.In a pan add 2 tbsp of oil,add boil potato,chilli powder,malli powder and salt.


4.Add some curry leaves.


5.Finally serve potato fry with sambar rice,rasam,or curd rice.
