In addition to traveling, I’m an avid reader. As a child, I would never watch a movie prior to reading the book. My love of reading opened the doors of my imagination and inspired me to see the places so vividly outlined in my books. It is in fact possible to love adventure and exploring while married and raising children.
When our eldest daughter was 2 weeks old, I was ready to get out of the house and we headed to Mystic, CT which is located just 1 hour and 15 minutes from our home. This was the start of many adventures with our now four children.
