Due to an online bully coming on to my blog to spread hateful rhetoric, monitoring comments is little more strict. Please don’t be alarm if your comment do not show up right away. I will approve it as soon as I can.
With that out of the way I am going to do some thing a little different for this month wrap up. Instead of sharing book, movie, graphic novel, etc reviews of the past month of May. Those things will be combine with June wrap up. What I am doing is journal entry for the Wander Society and I have pictures posted under #Wandersociety⚡ on Instagram. Not all the entry are going to have pictures. There will be casual journal entries as well.
The Wander Society⚡
In the middle of my walk I got a text from a friend about a chess meet up in a park not too far from the library I was going to. Just then realize I forgot my library book I needed to return. Its a good thing I did walk back home because I was greeted by the neighborhood watch…cat, Cheeotis a fluffy orange cat that not exactly a stray with there people watching him. He roams the neighborhood and everyone knows him. I did not get a picture because a lady was petting the cat. If I see Cheeotis again I will take a picture.
So I ran home, grab the book and my bike. For a while hang out at the library and then head to the park to played chess. Did I win? Well I did not peddled up steep hills to a park so I can lose.

The same friend and I met up in the same park to ride bikes around before going to another chess meetup. On the way there my bike peddle broke. Took it to a bike shop and they ask way too much for one peddle. It is nice that this friend offer to look around and see if anyone is throwing away a bike so he can scrap a peddle from it. I end up walking home and driving to the chess meetup.

It just one crazy thing that leads to another. At the end of the D&D game at the library I could not find my car keys. Frenetically trying to get ahold of my dad so I can have the code to unlock the car. Thinking that there in the car and I would of notices if I drop them. Turns out they were in the ignition. 🤦♀️ I meet up with a friend at Tiniest. played chess, and got drinks. Having rode his bike to the bar I offer to dive him to his car. Long story short I end diving away with his bike in the back of my car and did not realize it until I was almost home.

We joke about it and he got his bike back the next day. Fix my bike, rode around for a bit and watch bats by the thousands come out from under a bridge. This was in the middle of Austin. 😲
