Sprague Leaders Elected to Oregon and Utah Association Boards

TACOMA, Wash. – Sprague Pest Solutions‘ Francis Clark, ACE, district manager, and Lindsey Marker, regional manager, have been elected to serve on the boards of their respective state pest management associations.

Clark was recently elected to the board of the Oregon Pest Control Association (OPCA). His one-year term began on July 1, where he will represent southern Oregon and support initiatives to strengthen the state’s pest control industry through advocacy, training and innovation.

Sprague has been an active OPCA member since 1991, when Larry Treleven joined the organization. Clark’s appointment continues a tradition of leadership following Treleven’s 15 years of service on the board, including a term as president in 2023.

Marker has been elected to the board of the Utah Pest Control Association (UPCA). Her one-year term began on June 1, where she brings decades of field and operational experience and will help shape UPCA’s direction for the year ahead.

Her appointment continues Sprague’s commitment to the state of Utah and builds upon the legacy of Larry Treleven who played a role in the founding UPCA in 2018. Treleven went on to serve more than a decade as the State Policy Affairs Representative (SPAR), where he represented industry interests in state policy discussions.

“Our story has always been about service—taking care of our customers and giving back to the industry we love,” said Ross Treleven, president & CEO of Sprague Pest Solutions. “Francis and Lindsey stepping into these roles shows how much we believe in lifting our profession through education, advocacy, and leadership. We’re incredibly proud of them and can’t wait to see the difference they’ll make.”
