The highest bid this year came from Kohinoor by Auro Realty in HITEC City, where the Ganesh Laddu was auctioned for an impressive ₹30,50,001. Following closely, My Home Mangala recorded a bid of ₹21,11,116, while Nellore Labodara saw its Laddu go for ₹13,50,000. Other notable auctions include Indis Viva City and Pragathi Nagar, both fetching ₹13,00,000 each.
Several other residential communities across the city also witnessed substantial auction amounts. Kukatpally area recorded bids exceeding ₹10,00,000, while Frontline Seven and My Home Avatar both crossed the ₹8,00,000 mark. Aparna Sarovar Zicon saw its Laddu auctioned for ₹5,00,000, and My Home Vihanga recorded a bid of ₹4,20,000.
The mid-range auctions included Kakatiya Nagar in Malkajgiri at ₹3,70,000, Minakshi Skylounge at ₹3,20,000, and Aparna Towers at ₹2,00,000. Sri Sai Ram Towers in Hafeezpet concluded its auction at ₹1,60,000. These auctions reflect the deep devotion and community spirit that characterizes Ganesh Chaturthi celebrations in the city.
The funds raised through these Laddu auctions are typically utilized for charitable purposes, community development activities, and organizing the Ganesh festival celebrations.
