Tips for cooking rice 

No need to soak the rice. Wash the rice well. Use 1+1/2 cups of water proportion to 1 cup of rice. I use a separator to cook rice.

Can I use leftover rice?

Yes, this is the perfect way to finish leftover fluffy rice. Always make sure rice is not super hot.

How to make herb rice with step-by-step pictures

  • First, wash the rice well. Add water and cook in a cooker separator for 2 whistles
  • Heat and melt butter

  • Add garlic and roast until golden brown

  • Add red chilli flakes, Italian seasoning,  pepper powder; mix well

  • Add rice, mint leaves, coriander leaves, and salt; mix well

  • Finally add Italian seasoning; mix well
