Interview – Jim Clarke – Wines of South Africa – Episode #189 – Wine World TV™

In this episode of WWTV I on interview Jim Clarke who is the Country Manager for Wines of South Africa USA. He is also the person who wrote THE book on South Africa – The Wines of South Africa. Jim was in here in Texas for over a week and spent a total of 4 days in San Antonio conducting consumer and trade tastings! I got to attend two of those tastings. We cover a lot of cool topics about South African wine and some other important South African topics.
